Pricing estimates provided on our services page are approximate and subject to change based on project scope finalization. Final pricing will be agreed upon in a separate statement of work or contract before project commencement. We operate on a milestone-based billing model. Payments are due within 14 days of milestone completion and invoice receipt. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Yukti Labs or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. For custom development projects, intellectual property rights for deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience acquired during project execution.

Yukti Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
