By accessing and using the Yukti Labs website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Yukti Labs is an independent, bootstrapped initiative operated by a freelance technology enthusiast. Our website showcases experimental product ecosystems, including FeedSphere, HealthVerse, NexusIntel, and UtilityForges. All products and services are provided "as-is" for informational and beta-testing purposes, and do not constitute a binding corporate offer or guaranteed service-level agreement (SLA).

Any funds transmitted to Yukti Labs via the Sponsorship Gateway (UPI or otherwise) are strictly voluntary donations intended to support independent open-source development and cloud infrastructure costs. Sponsorships do not constitute a purchase of software, a guaranteed service contract, or an acquisition of equity. All contributions are non-refundable.

Pricing estimates provided on our services page are approximate and subject to change based on project scope finalization. Final pricing will be agreed upon in a separate statement of work or contract before project commencement. We operate on a milestone-based billing model. Payments are due within 14 days of milestone completion and invoice receipt. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Yukti Labs or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. For custom development projects, intellectual property rights for deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience acquired during project execution.

Yukti Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict anyone else's use of the website. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
